Quick Review: Hansgrohe E100 Monsoon Handshower
Problem:
Very low water pressure in previous handshower, no identifying company marks anywhere
- afraid of larger costs to look into plumbing
- cousin-in-law says remove handshower to see if water pressure the same from tube
- sure enough, after removing handshower, water pressure coming out of tube is high
Solution:
- Went to Home Depot to pick out new handshower
- Narrowed down to two 40 bucks models: Hansgrohe E100 Monsoon and Waterpik Medallion
- Chose Hansgrohe because tube is smooth, Waterpik has striped metal and black colored tube which wife didn't like
- Upon opening product at home, surprised to see handshower is thin and light, now prefer this over the big and bulky previous one, Waterpik model also big and bulky
- After installation, water pressure is high again
- Only has 3 water output modes versus 6 for Waterpik model but realized 3 is enough
- Again love the smooth tube and thin and light handshower
